Support Services

The Support Services department performs a variety of functions in the areas such as Accounting, Procurement, Payroll, Budget, Office Automation and Database Support for Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure & Supervision.

Goals

  • Promote positive public relations with customers, both internal and external, through routine customer contact and problem resolution.
  • Promptly attend to customer needs and demonstrates our continuous dedication to providing excellent customer service; effectively satisfy the needs of the customer.
  • Acquire quality materials and services to our internal customers at the right time and the best available price.
  • Promotes positive vendor relations through diversity in expenditures and timely payment of invoices.
  • Accurately bill customers in compliance with fee schedule.
  • Deposit monies received daily, keep accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
  • Promote efficient office operation through training, cross-training of employees and quality control reviews.

Reji has been with the Board since 1989 and is responsible for all Business Office, Budget, Procurement, Payroll and Data Processing functions.
Business Office Staff Dela K. Kwetey, CPO

Dela has been with the Board since 1992 and currently handles all accounts payable, inventory functions. Dela also maintains the general ledger, reconciles records, prepares financial reports and supervises accounts receivable functions.

Amber has been with the Board since 2005 and is responsible for all accounts receivable functions. Amber also coordinates outgoing mail; office supply inventory and time and labor duties.

Rachel has been with the Board since 2000. In the role of Admin Asst. Effective 2005 Rachel is responsible for; customer support for on-line renewal/profile update, database reports, DP/website internal/external customer support, web forms, assist with DP special Projects.
